NEON YELLOW DUFFLE BAG (THE NEON WEEKENDER)

Now that that website is up and the YouTube channel is running smooth, I’m taking some time to design the upcoming SWRDZ clothing line.

I’ve always loved luggage (and stationary…you can’t beat the feeling of opening up a crisp, brand new Moleskine notepad for the first time) and so I began to play around with ideas for weekender bags that I would use myself. After all, SWRDZ isn’t just going to be a merch line where I bang a logo on a cheap blank shirt and call it a day. I want to create an apparel line that I will wear myself, a high quality collection with bad ass design.

If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know I love my Louis Vuitton Keepall (mines the damier in cobalt from the 2018 collection). That’s my go-to carry on bag that I use exclusively when travelling, but there are times when I don’t want to carry around a $2,000 bag.

Enter the SWRDZ Neon Weekender.

It’s simple, it’s bright and its f*cking sick.

I put up a poll on Instagram and Twitter with the option of 3 designs and it was almost a tie between these two. I’m torn between the two of them, I’m not sure which I prefer in all honestly – I’d happily rock them both.

I received hundreds of DMs about the bag, “where can I order?”, “when are they available?” and the answer is I’m working on finding a company to produce them for we and they’ll be on sale here ASAP. Like I said I’m not looking for any old generic blanks, so it’s gonna take some time to find the right material and design that works best (the photos above are just quick mock ups). But believe me it’s top of my list, because I need one of these myself…BAD!
